We do not engage in more than 3-5 Entrepreneurial relationships in a year. It could be a Leadership engagement for 1-day workshop on building ownership or a 3-day workshop on team discovering commitment, risk taking, conflict resolutions or better bonding to enable possibilities. Coaching & Mentoring leadership behavior or could be transactional to assess the health of processes, SOPs or creating a culture for lean processes, innovativeness orientation or simply re-design to build Effective processes, KPI’s and KRA’s where engagement and coaching/ mentoring could be over extended periods of 3-9 months.
